A few years ago, while trying to buy my home, I felt completely in the dark. I couldn’t make a confident, informed decision and had to navigate a complex process alone, without real support or a soundboard. In hindsight, I didn’t feel like it was truly 'my decision'. Over time, I realised many others face similar challenges in their buying and rental journeys. This led me to found Mappa.
