Mappa is really good — slick, engaging, but also quite accurate. Based on my preferences, it surfaced areas I hoped to find (like Stevenage) and also places I didn’t realise fit my plan.

I loved that you could tailor it to commuter towns and add multiple locations you need to get to — and it just handles the rest.

A great tool. It aligned with areas I had shortlisted and also brought new ones to light. It correctly picked Maidstone, Colchester, and Peterborough, and introduced Milton Keynes, which I hadn’t considered.
